- Delivery charges are non-refundable, and a flat rate may apply.

- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

4. Conditions for Valid Returns:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- Box packaging must be included for returns to be considered.

- Complete the Damage Report Form provided below.

My Gardenia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the outlined conditions.
